Job Title: Stockroom Support Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our stockroom team as a Stockroom Support Assistant. As part of this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will be responsible for supporting the production team with tasks such as replenishing stock, unloading trucks, and operating industrial equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the production team by assisting with tasks related to inventory management and stock control.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure all stock is properly stored and secured.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets and maintain a smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Engage with customers and donors, providing exceptional service and promoting a positive experience.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.
