Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, client-centered care to individuals with disabilities and functional limitations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized plans to promote functional independence and participation in daily activities.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions, including home safety management, case management, and equipment prescription.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Demonstrated clinical or occupational rehabilitation experience, including prescribing equipment and assistive technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Current valid Driver's License and reliable car.
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
