We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bunbury.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work with clients to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that help them return to work safely and effectively.
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing interventions to support clients' recovery and return to work goals.
Your expertise as an Occupational Therapist will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate clients' treatment and rehabilitation needs, identifying areas where intervention is required to support their return to work goals.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and tailored to each client's needs.
- Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to ensure clients are meeting their goals and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate services, facilitate communication, and ensure seamless delivery of care.
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Experience working in a rehabilitation or occupational health setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Competitive salary ($90,000 - $110,000 per annum)
