Job Description:

The role of Finance Business Partner is a pivotal position within the organisation, requiring an individual with exceptional financial acumen and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic financial outcomes across manufacturing, supply chain, and sales functions.

Key responsibilities include leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives, as well as delivering insightful analysis on product performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Accounting/Finance
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Big 4/Mid-Tier experience highly regarded
  • Experience in Manufacturing/FMCG or ASX environment highly regarded
  • Proven capability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
