Head of Finance, Enterprise & Financial Operations Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to partner with the Enterprise Operations business and make a significant impact on financial performance and control. The ideal candidate will bring astute commercial and financial partnering experience to drive strategic growth and profitability.

The successful Head of Finance, Enterprise & Financial Operations will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in optimizing financial performance and controlling costs. They will develop and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency, enhance revenue management, and ensure effective expense control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals to achieve optimal financial performance and control.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize key financial initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on financial matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial business partnering, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive financial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership and people management skills to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of project financial disciplines, including capitalization practices.
