Café Team Member Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an energetic Casual Café Team Member to join our vibrant Hills Bar & Kitchen at Adelaide Airport.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a café, preferably with coffee making skills, and be willing to obtain a RSA certificate.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming approach
  • Take orders, prepare food and beverages, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that all areas of the café are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Provide support to colleagues during busy periods

Requirements

  • Experience in a café or similar environment
  • Coffee making skills (an advantage)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
