Seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our digital content strategy and team. As Senior Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content plans that drive engagement and growth across digital platforms.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the creation of seamless and intuitive experiences for customers. You will lead a small team of content designers and specialists, mentoring them to uphold best-in-class standards in content design and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies that guide the creation of high-impact digital content.
  • Review and elevate team content for quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand tone and experience vision.
  • Manage content lifecycles, creation, maintenance, optimisation, across websites and mobile apps.
  • Analyse performance data to optimise content and support business and customer goals.
  • Inspire, coach, and guide a team of digital content professionals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 7–10 years' experience in digital content, UX writing, or content design roles.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, health).
  • Strong writing/editing/proofing skills with a deep understanding of content strategy, content architecture, and digital user experience.
  • Proficiency in using CMS platforms, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools.
