Seize a Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Opportunity of a Lifetime

As an integral member of our esteemed Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets (MAC) team, you will collaborate closely with lawyers across all offices to gain exposure to the most intricate and captivating transactions in the market.

Our lawyers are encouraged to find their niche and specialize in areas they're passionate about, while developing a robust foundation across their field. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be involved in high-stakes public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work
  • Deliver exceptional outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world
  • Gain exposure across a broad spectrum of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail

About You
  • Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice, ideally from a top-tier or international firm
  • Able to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
