We are seeking a highly skilled safety and security professional to join our team in a mid-senior level position. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, providing specialist advice and developing management systems that meet their needs.

  • This role will involve conducting audits, risk/threat assessments, and compliance workshops against various standards, including DSPF, DISP, and PSPF.
  • As a trusted point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for managing Statements of Work and addressing emerging issues in a timely manner.
  • You will also contribute to business development initiatives and help identify and manage risks in line with the company's Risk Management Framework.

The ideal candidate will have operational experience in high-threat environments and strong governance expertise. You will be confident working autonomously, translating complex security frameworks into practical solutions that meet client needs.

Skill Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience with DSPF, DISP, and PSPF
  • Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management
  • Demonstrated experience as a security professional in a high-threat environment
  • Relevant state/territory security licence
  • Currently holds valid or previously held Defence Security Officer Course

Required Qualifications:

  • Project management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Advanced security qualifications (e.g., Intelligence, Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, Investigations)

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, 28000, and 31001
