Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Security Professional. As a key member of our security services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, conducting building patrols, identifying and reporting hazards, and supporting tenants and facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They will also be willing to support and step up into other roles as required and have the physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Proactively monitor CCTV and access control systems
  • Conduct building patrols to identify and report security and safety risks
  • Identify and report hazards and building faults for rectification
  • Support tenants and facilities with their needs and requests
  • Manage contractors and deliveries through dock management
  • Respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
