We are seeking a Support Professional to provide exceptional care and support to male clients in Melbourne area.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care and Support

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, grooming, and hygiene.

Medication Management and Household Tasks

Assist clients with medication management, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Personalized Care Plans

Develop and implement personalized care plans in consultation with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to the relevant authorities.

Requirements

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) workers screening check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First aid and CPR certificate
  • Current police check
  • Reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
  • Disability qualification such as Certificate III or IV
  • Covid-19 vaccination (3 doses)

Working Conditions

Melbourne area location with expected 30-35 hours per week.
