About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at KinCare in the Wyong area. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected.

Requirements
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
  • You should be able to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to ask for help.
  • You must be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
