Job Title: Child Protection Case Practice Support Specialist

The Child Protection Case Practice Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering case support services for vulnerable children within the protection program. They oversee access visits between children and their families, ensuring safety and risk mitigation strategies are implemented.

  • Supervise access visits between children and their families where there are safety or risk issues present
  • Transport children to services and provide in-home support to families
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service providers and case managers
  • Operate within a statutory framework and adhere to statutory procedures at all times

This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including service providers and case managers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
