Job Title: Child Protection Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Protection Expert to lead our team in developing effective strategies for safeguarding vulnerable children.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of child protection practices and policies, with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide expert advice.

In this role, you will work closely with practitioners to develop and implement plans that prioritize the safety, stability, and well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Assessment and Analysis: Identify potential risks and threats to children's safety, using evidence-based frameworks to inform your decision-making.
  • Case Planning and Management: Develop and implement case plans that address the unique needs of each situation, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Critical Enquiry: Conduct thorough investigations into issues affecting children, using your expertise to identify root causes and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in social work or related field.
  • Proven experience in child protection practice leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
