About the Role

Lendlease is seeking a highly skilled EHS Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role will be based in the Sydney CBD and will involve working closely with the project team to drive safety across the project.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements and will be responsible for driving EHS performance on site. They will also provide technical expertise to identify issues and trends, monitor compliance with Lendlease EHS protocols, and implement safety and training initiatives to improve our safety performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS strategies to drive safety performance on site
  • Provide technical expertise to identify issues and trends and develop solutions to improve EHS performance
  • Monitor compliance with Lendlease EHS protocols and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs to improve EHS awareness and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the project team to drive safety across the project
