Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to shape the Software Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-performing environment, cultivating an atmosphere where great delivery naturally occurs.

You'll champion our processes (and reinvent them when needed), embed consistency in the way we plan and reflect and be a trusted presence when things get challenging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and maintain delivery team culture and values to ensure long term sustainable success
  • Execute the end-to-end delivery process between the Technology and Product teams, measuring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
  • Work with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Team Leads to ensure delivery projects are planned and meeting delivery standards
  • Provide strategic guidance to Team Leads on upcoming projects
  • Drive excellence with the product team on requirements fidelity
  • Maintain and monitor JIRA delivery reporting and ensure data fidelity
  • Provide timely and accurate performance reporting to delivery teams
  • Execute delivery team retrospectives and planning rituals
  • Co-ordinate biannual planning and team building sessions
  • Inspire and engage Delivery teams in effective storytelling and communicate project progress to the broader business audience
  • Completion of ad hoc requests as needed to support delivery and release tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software project delivery or adjacent areas such as Product Ownership, QA, Digital Production
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery frameworks and product discovery
  • Proven ability to deliver complex software projects in fast-paced environments
  • High emotional intelligence with strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Passionate about improving team health and delivery effectiveness
  • An innovative mindset with a curiosity for technology and team dynamics

The advertised salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 + Super + Benefits, with room to be flexible depending upon experience.
