Roller Shutter Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our service team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conducting service calls, diagnosing faults with roller shutters, and carrying out repairs as required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct service calls that have been booked by the service manager
- Diagnose faults with roller shutters and carry out necessary repairs
- Contact clients to arrange suitable times for service when required
- Ensure all service work is accurately noted on service reports and handed over to the service manager
- Process and collect payments for some service calls
- Assist other service technicians as required or directed
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by the service manager or production managers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Manual driver's license
- Power tool experience
- Customer service experience
