Installation and Service Professional

We are seeking an experienced Installation and Service Professional to deliver exceptional results in installing roller shutters, blinds, and related products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing installations independently without supervision, consistently meeting quality and safety standards. Key tasks include:

  • Installing roller shutters, blinds, and related products in accordance with manufacturer specifications;
  • Performing physical tasks such as lifting, drilling, ladder use, and working in outdoor environments;
  • Modifying structures on-site for both existing and new installations;
  • Completing paperwork accurately and neatly; and
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.

Additional responsibilities include following standardized procedures and workflows to ensure timely job progression, supervising and instructing offsiders or helpers on-site, handling customer payments and transactions with integrity and professionalism, and generating and submitting daily invoices, service reports, and job return sheets in an organized and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with proven competence in the installation of window furnishings, outdoor blinds, and roller shutters;
  • Background in fitting, fixing, carpentry, or glazing is highly advantageous;
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely;
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and a commitment to safe work practices;
  • Well-organized with the ability to meet production targets and deadlines;
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills;
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work;
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills;
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and installing shutters and blinds safely;
  • A valid driver's license is essential; and
  • White card.
