Our goal is to support healthcare and surgical education in the Asia-Pacific region and fund substantial surgical research. There are nine surgical specialties in Australasia:

About The Role

You will design and deliver technology solutions that enable our organisation to achieve its strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, bridging the gap between enterprise architecture and practical solution delivery.

In this role, you will:

  1. Design and document solution architectures across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure.
  2. Translate business requirements into practical, high-quality solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to ensure effective solution delivery.
  4. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to support implementation.
  5. Evaluate and recommend technology options, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with our goals.
  6. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, applying these insights to solution design.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We require strong IT experience, including at least experience in solution architecture roles.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong technical expertise across applications, infrastructure, integration, and data.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) and modern architectural patterns.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs into business-focused outcomes.
