Job Opportunity:
Dedicated Care AssistantWe are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older Australians.
About the Role:
This position involves providing high quality, safe, and timely personal care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with self-care needs, mobility, and transfers
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Experience in a care role highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Police check and NDIS Worker Check
- Flu vaccinations and Covid-19 vaccination
