Seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader to drive customer service excellence in a dynamic call centre environment. Reporting to the Service Delivery Operations Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated customer service officers and ensure efficient delivery of client services.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience coaching, supervising and training staff in an inbound contact centre
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to oversee and action key performance indicators
