Strata Law Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned solicitor to join our dynamic team of industry-leading lawyers who specialize in strata law.

This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients in the strata/community title industry, providing innovative advice and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and advising on by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/licences.
  • Representing clients in various tribunals and courts, including NCAT, and attending mediations for litigation cases.
  • Providing top-quality legal advice and support to high-end clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a solicitor in property/construction or litigation.
  • Exposure to strata issues and/or acting for strata industry clients is preferred but not essential.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional results and a passion for strata law.
