Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role will involve ensuring the integrity and reliability of sourced products from vendor partners. You will work closely with procurement and quality teams to onboard new suppliers, assess compliance with relevant standards, and develop tailored quality plans.

Your daily tasks will include reviewing product applications, managing vendor certifications, coordinating audits, and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Management: Review product applications, manage vendor certifications, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

  • Supplier Onboarding: Guide the onboarding process for new suppliers and develop tailored quality plans.
  • Risk Analysis: Analyze risk and contribute to national quality initiatives.
  • Quality Systems: Develop and implement quality systems to ensure consistency and reliability.

Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to design and manage vendor quality plans based on risk assessment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with experience in designing presentations, reports, and responses.
  • Qualifications: Hands-on experience conducting quality audits within vendor manufacturing environments.
  • Certifications: Comfortable navigating technical standards; plumbing knowledge is a plus.
