Our multidisciplinary team provides a primary care model which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals in a correctional environment.
About You- You will need to have contemporary clinical knowledge in the area of primary health care nursing, delivering high-quality care in complex situations while providing support to other team members.
- Ability to comprehensively assess, plan, implement and evaluate healthcare plans.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, open communication and a positive environment within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated high standard of written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to use or learn to use information systems appropriate to the position.
- Vaccinated against certain vaccine preventable diseases as outlined in relevant health directives.
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and current registration with the relevant health authority.
