We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ECM Consultant to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a key member of our ECM practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise content management solutions using OpenText technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with clients to elicit technical requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and implement technical components of ECM solutions, ensuring high-quality and scalability.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain ECM solutions, including documentation and testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in ECM technologies and OpenText.
- Strong knowledge of ECM design patterns, enterprise release management, and Agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience with IBM software stack, including IBM FileNet, Case Manager, and Datacap.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- OpenText, ECM & Portal: Adobe Experience Manager, IBM WebSphere Portal Content Management.
- Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, CSS, HTML, JQuery, and AngularJS.
- Tools: JIRA, Rally, TeamCity Builds, Jenkins, and HP Quality Center.
