Migrant Visa Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Migrant Visa Consultant to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Adelaide.

As a key member of our team, you will provide visa consultancy services to clients, including student visas, skilled migration, partner visas, and other types of visas. Your expertise and knowledge of Australian immigration law will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively liaise with clients who may not speak English as their first language. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and be able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert visa consultancy services to clients
  • Conduct thorough client interviews to determine eligibility for various visa categories
  • Prepare and submit visa applications to the relevant authorities
  • Ensure all applications are accurately completed and lodged on time
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)
  • A graduate certificate in immigration law is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
