Regional Migrant Support Specialist

This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to deliver pre-departure support under the Pacific Engagement Visa (PEV) initiative, collaborating with program partners and government stakeholders across the Pacific and Timor-Leste.
The ideal candidate will have an experienced background in migrant, pre-departure and settlement services, from government, NGO or corporate settings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver pre-departure and settlement services to multiple regions.
- Develop and provide resources, briefings, and training for in-country teams.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Deep understanding of the migrant journey and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in managing complex projects and stakeholders.
This is a part-time role with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with program partners and government stakeholders across the Pacific and Timor-Leste.
