Contract Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our construction team based in Cairns.

This role is critical to the success of our projects and requires someone with excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Drive company safety policies, practices and procedures to ensure a safe workplace at all times.
  • Tender subcontract packages, prepare contract documents and administer subcontract packages, including progress claims and variation claims.
  • Establish effective administration systems for project delivery in line with company procedures and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, influence and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to operate autonomously and make sound decisions.
