Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project financial forecasts, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops project safety plans and provides leadership on the jobsite.
  • Creates and implements project controls and procedures to manage complex project requirements.
  • Manages project financial forecasts and billings to meet contract requirements.
  • Establishes project-specific quality plans aligned with the Owner's contract.
  • Provides leadership in motivating the project team and maintains a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the field.
  • Experience in Health Care, Advanced Manufacturing Science and Technology, Life Science, K-12, Higher Education is preferred.
