Director of Global Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Supply Chain and Logistics operations. As the Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee the entire supply chain, working closely with global manufacturing, 3PL partners, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations while scaling for future growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Procurement and supplier management, aligning supply with demand forecasts.
- Inventory planning and process improvements across global operations.
- International shipping and customs clearance for inbound goods.
- Domestic logistics and 3PL performance, ensuring customers receive orders on time.
- Strategic projects such as warehousing expansion in key regions and potential supply chain diversification.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping our global supply chain. If you're ready to lead operations that support rapid international growth and take on high-level projects, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements5+ years of experience leading supply chain and logistics, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
Hands-on experience with procurement of product, freight forwarding, customs, and distribution.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience managing 3PL partners and delivering against SLAs.
