The Flinders And Upper North Local Health Network offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Administration Officer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This key position is responsible for providing administrative, business, and corporate services, including frontline customer services, consolidated Country CCCME, and information management functions.

  • The successful candidate will contribute to the provision of a range of administrative tasks, ensuring all relevant staff are skilled in customer service and the application of data systems used across the Community Health.
Key Responsibilities

The Administration Officer is accountable to the Executive Director Community & Allied Health, through the Business Support and Administration Team Leader of Community Health. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of client data across the service.
  • Ensuring all relevant staff are skilled in customer service and the application of data systems used across the Community Health.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Support and Administration Team Leader to ensure effective delivery of administrative services and support the objectives of the services.

About the Team

The Flinders And Upper North Local Health Network comprises Whyalla Hospital and Health Service and Port Augusta and Regional Health Service, both modern, comprehensive health units offering a wide range of services.

The network provides emergency services, general medical and surgical care, and community services, with a strong focus on Aboriginal patient care. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to improve health outcomes and wellbeing in the community.

  • An estimated salary of $30.14 - $32.48 per hour (plus 25% casual loading).
