Job Description

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee kitchen operations remotely. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of OHS&R and Quality Assurance Systems and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Critical Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Operations: Coordinate all kitchen activities efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stock Control: Maintain order in storage areas using inventory management systems.
  • Safety/Quality: Understand and adhere to company safety and quality standards.
  • Event Management: Allocate staffing for events and prepare operating budgets digitally.
  • People Management: Meet regularly with kitchen staff and maintain a harmonious team environment.
  • Cross Functional Support: Assist other personnel as required and participate in training programs virtually.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of OHS&R and Quality Assurance Systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
