About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our TV Sales team in Sydney. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Account Managers and Sales Managers, ensuring seamless client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers, including designing and preparing client proposals, entering booking information, and generating reports.
  • Deliver exceptional client satisfaction through prompt and professional responses to enquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator team to ensure effective internal and external client communication.
  • Manage client databases, including booking procedures, client authorizations, and filing of broadcast agreements.
  • Participate in the creative process, including briefs, client approvals, and material instructions.
Requirements
  • A team player with a positive attitude to change and new challenges.
  • Highly attentive to detail with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Genuinely passionate about the media industry and interested in growing your career in media sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
