Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in the Western Suburbs of Sydney.

As a key member of our Human Resources function, you will provide proactive support across the employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with parent company policies and client requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements while maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee roster implementation, fatigue management, local hires, site attendance, and payroll validation.
  • Manage employee records, HR reporting, and workforce planning.
  • Promote a respectful, safety-focused culture and facilitate mental health initiatives.
  • Provide HR training and communicate key policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a HR Advisor in the construction and/or engineering field, ideally working on major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters.
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Psychology, Business or similar, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
