Occupational Rehabilitator

Rehabilitation consultants play a vital role in supporting individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries to achieve their full potential.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and health professionals to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs. Conducting vocational assessments and providing support to achieve health and work outcomes are critical components of this role.
Our ideal candidate will have a professional background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and be passionate about working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector. You will enjoy flexibility and autonomy, managing your own day with support from a close-knit team of healthcare professionals.
We welcome new graduates and offer hands-on career development. Ideal candidates will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current AHPRA registration or ASORC Membership
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and time management
- Current QLD Driver's License and own vehicle with insurance
