Visual Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team and help evolve the visual identity of a leading fintech brand. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in design, creativity, and collaboration.

As a mid-senior level designer, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet commercial goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing high-quality visual elements across campaigns, products, and marketing materials;">
  • Translating business concepts into engaging visuals that connect with audiences;">
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective design solutions;">
  • Maintaining and evolving brand systems and design guidelines;">
  • Iterating quickly based on performance data and feedback;">
  • Owning projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and brand alignment.">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • ">
  • 5-8 years of experience in visual design or creative communications;">
  • A portfolio that showcases creative range, polish, and attention to detail;">
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and hierarchy;">
  • Confidence in designing for digital, especially sales assets, presentation decks, and marketing collateral;">
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; (Motion or interaction experience is a plus);">
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments;">
  • Familiarity with fintech or product-led environments is an advantage.">
