As a mid-level designer, you'll be responsible for creating eye-catching content across various channels, including web, email, social media, and print. Your task will be to ensure our brand remains visually engaging and cohesive.

  • Develop high-quality designs for EDMs, website, paid ads, and organic content that align with our brand identity
  • Collaborate with the Creative & Content Lead, Creative Team, and Marketing Team to produce innovative and effective designs
  • Execute web-ready creative assets across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms, ensuring optimal user experience and performance
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to stay aligned with Koh's visual language and aesthetic
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to deliver timely and high-quality design solutions

As a key member of our creative team, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our visual identity and overall brand strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in eCommerce or retail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience using Figma for design collaboration and iteration
  • Strong understanding of best practices in email, web, paid, and organic creative content
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes and brand consistency
  • Comfortable working under pressure, with multiple projects and deadlines
