This is a senior-level role that requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks, policies, and standards that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to embed governance practices, educate stakeholders, and drive adoption.
  • Conduct thorough data risk assessments to identify and manage risks tied to data management and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on data governance and risk, articulating the business value in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously, operating at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to align on governance priorities, roles, and responsibilities.
Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in data governance, data management, or information governance.
  • Recent experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firm.
  • Strong experience drafting data governance policies, standards, and frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with data risk, including performing data-related risk assessments.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a business-first mindset.
