Customer Service Leader

We're looking for an experienced leader to join our team and help shape the customer experience.

This role involves working closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store is always looking its best and that our customers have an excellent shopping experience. You will be responsible for managing inventory, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing top-notch customer service. As a leader in our team, you will play a key part in helping us achieve our goals and targets.

About Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You have experience working in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments and are eager to learn about our products and services.
  • You're a people person, enjoy chatting with customers, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You're skilled at administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, and managing inventory, and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You're a team player who is always looking for ways to improve processes and increase sales.
  • You have a RSA certification, or are willing to obtain one if you don't.
