Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and activities for our hotel and its outlets. The successful candidate will use their creativity, energy, and passion for hospitality to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to relevant target markets, and address hotel business needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience in a similar environment and possess strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends. They will also have excellent organizational and planning skills, with the drive and ability to work under pressure using creativity, tenacity, and initiative.

  • Tactical campaigns at a local level, working with agencies as required, through various paid and/or owned channels
  • Update marketing content on all social media platforms, websites, and third-party websites (copy, images, promotions) to ensure accuracy, effective positioning, and optimization for conversion
  • Support hotel and outlets with creative promotional activities and design in line with our brand guidelines
  • Organize monthly social media calendar, maintain local channels with operational hotel support, and monitor and report on activities
  • Manage advertising, production, promotion, publicity, e-commerce, and social media activities to drive revenue for the hotel, outlets, and conferences
  • Manage and forecast sales and marketing department expenses

  • Previous marketing/communications experience in a similar environment
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • The drive and ability to work under pressure, using creativity, tenacity, and initiative
