About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure.
As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering effective swimming and water safety lessons to our members, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
You will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to customer service excellence, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality swimming and water safety lessons to members
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve program goals and objectives
- Hold current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certificates, as well as a Blue card and AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
