The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering effective swimming and water safety lessons to our students, promoting a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

You will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to customer service excellence, ensuring that our members and patrons gain maximum benefit and enjoyment from our services. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement swimming programs that cater to diverse age groups, abilities, and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality swimming and water safety lessons to students of various ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement swimming programs that meet the needs of our members and patrons
  • Work collaboratively with our team to promote a safe and enjoyable learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our swimming programs and facilities
Requirements
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) certification
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
  • National Police Check (dated 1st June onward)
  • Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (Essential)
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion (Desirable)
