Job Title: Swimming Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a Swimming Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, from beginners to advanced swimmers, and help them develop their swimming skills and water safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their swimming skills
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a high-quality learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of aquatic programs and services
Requirements
  • Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Blue card
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
