Aurecon is seeking a talented Senior Winning Work Consultant to lead our bid management team and drive excellence in pursuit planning and coordination.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Pursuit Planning and Coordination: Proactively engage in major/strategic opportunities and collaborate with the Bid team to develop winning solutions.
- Bid Management: Provide end-to-end bid / proposal management in collaboration with subject matter experts to achieve on-time and high-quality bid submissions.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: The ideal candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will be confident to interact at all levels across the business.
- Bid and Pursuit Related Experience: At least 5 years of direct bid related experience including proposal writing and bid management/coordination.
- Qualifications and Certifications: A relevant qualification in communications/marketing, or business-related fields, and APMP Foundation (or higher) certification preferred.
