About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our winning work team as a Senior Consultant, where you'll lead pursuit and engagement initiatives primarily across the WA & NT region.

As a senior member of the team, you will drive bid teams to develop winning solutions, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely delivery. You'll have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of direct bid-related experience, including proposal writing and bid management/coordination. A relevant qualification in communications/marketing or business-related fields is required, along with strong project management and document management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide end-to-end bid/proposal management in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  2. Collaborate and prioritize bid submissions across various regions and disciplines.
  3. Produce tailored responses for clients.
  4. Compile, maintain, and update content across knowledge libraries.
  5. Coordinate additional proposal resources across business groups within the WA & NT region.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to all areas of the business.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working on shared platforms on opportunities throughout Australia.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and forge relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • APMP Foundation (or higher) certification preferred.
