As a seasoned finance expert, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in our Personal and Auto Loans portfolio.
This pivotal role involves applying financial services expertise to design, manage, and optimize portfolio performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the loans portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on portfolio performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement strategies for portfolio growth and optimization, focusing on risk-adjusted returns and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with product teams on offer development to drive growth in the portfolio.
- Undertake a data-driven approach to monitor program performance at a campaign and offer level, making necessary adjustments via a robust test and learn approach.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking and financial industry (Loans experience desirable but other financial services product experience is sufficient).
- Previous experience in a portfolio management role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes through campaign execution and/or capability build.
- Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of customer drivers, behaviors, and P&L.
- Good understanding of loan receivables and marketing platforms and processes.
- Strong business acumen and initiative management skills.
- Highly analytical with strong numeric sense.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
