Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of PCS-MES systems and operations.">
  • Be accountable for system ownership and compliance of PCS-MES Systems.">
  • Participate in defining the strategy aligned with standardized ES approach and create roadmap for design and implementation of PCS-MES systems.">
  • Provide oversight and review of contractors' work during design, construction, commissioning, and validation phases of projects and OPEX initiatives and changes.">
  • System administration for local platforms and systems including development, validation, simulation and production systems.">
  • Interface with platform vendor and manage relationship for roadmap and training.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other Science discipline/Masters preferred, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.">
  • At least 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Execution Systems/Automation.">
  • Specific experience in process automation, MES and batch manufacturing industry standards (ISA S88 &S95).">
  • DIRECT experience designing, building, deploying and supporting automation and execution systems in regulated large-scale process-based manufacturing environment.">
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Administration; Server Virtualisation; Microsoft IIS troubleshooting; Dell Poweredge server hardware; System Networking including DNS, SMTP, NTP, vLAN, Network Switches / Routers, and Firewalls.">
