Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Repair and adjustments to instruments using advanced precision engineering equipment and techniques
  • Scheduling and pre-booking service to ensure timely delivery of results
  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers and colleagues alike
  • Field service, including on-site and off-site calibration and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Experience with instrument calibration and precision engineering equipment, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Proven track record of success in similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally and interstate as required
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
