Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources, labour planning, and budgets to optimize warehouse performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and unify diverse teams.
  • Experience in managing change, driving efficiency, and improving processes.
  • Knowledge of WHS, HACCP, and LEAN systems is highly desirable.
