
Clinical Leadership Role

Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care to residents at our facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical nursing care, leading by example and supporting the development of our care companions and household coordinators.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse with a strong commitment to quality care and patient safety. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care that respects the dignity and autonomy of each resident
- Leading by example, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability within the team
- Supporting the development of care companions and household coordinators through coaching, mentoring and training
- A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
